【解读：#东部战区今天对台演练为何公布代号# 】#此次对台军演为何第二天公布代号# 4月2日，中国人民解放军东部战区位台湾海峡中部、南部相关海域组织“海峡雷霆-2025A”演练，很多网友在疑问，演训从昨天就开始了，为何今天公布代号？事实上，“海峡雷霆-2025A”演练只是今天上午的演练，昨天的演训并不属于“海峡雷霆-2025A”演练。军事科学院付征南告诉谭主，昨天演训没有公布代号，今天又发起有代号的演练，其实这透露出我们解放军行动背后的一个重要信息，那就是——变。这代表解放军可以根据战场需要，随时随地对作战计划进行灵活调整、动态更新、精确把控。 #东部战区对台军演新代号意味着什么# 付征南表示，兵无常势、水无常形。常有人说解放军打的是“明牌”，但真到“打牌”的时候，对面不会知道我们打哪一张“牌”，包括什么时候打、“牌”落下时会不会发生变化，“牌”可能半夜打出来，也可能在白天打出来，甚至可能还有“暗牌”等等，我们随时可以在“台独”分裂分子意想不到的时间和地点，以其意想不到的方式实施致命突袭。 付征南说：“解放军越来越像变幻莫测的‘魔术师’，这背后是战区部队经过多年持续演练，对遏制‘台独’招法越来越胸有成竹、对台岛作战体系致命弱点越来越烂熟于心的表现。”
