剪发与发型

见到客人,发型师要先说“Take a seat.Please.(请坐)”。自我介绍也是重要环节:“I am No.2 stylist.I will provide service for you today.(我是2号发型师,今天我为您服务。)”
理发时间较长,服务开始前可先问客人“Would like some tea or water?(要点茶还是水?)”以及“Would you like a magazine,newspaper or hairstyle books?(您想看点杂志、报纸或发型书吗)”,让客人在理发中不要太无聊。
了解客人需求是理发师重要职责,这时要问“What hairstyle would you prefer?(您喜欢什么发型?)”客人的回答要注意倾听。“I prefer a short hairstyle.(我想要短发造型。)”在了解客人需求后,为免误解,理发师可以利用发型书跟客人沟通:“May I recommend this new hairstyle for you?I think you would look cute with short hair. Perhaps you should go even shorter than in the picture.(我能推荐您用这个新发型么?我认为您剪短发一定好看,或许你该剪得比杂志上更短些才好。)”如果客人觉得建议不错并接受,就可以开始剪发了。
理发师也可依据发型和客人脸型提出专业意见:“You should really think about getting highlights put in.It may make your hairstyle perfect.(您应该考虑把头发外层颜色染淡一点,让你的发型更加完美。)”如果客人能接受并说:“Well,I want my hair colored as well.(好吧,我也想染下发。)”理发师就可以开始按客人的需求工作。当客人拒绝并说:“Sorry,I like my hair color.(我喜欢我现在的发色。)”理发师切忌不能强迫消费。
理发完毕,理发师可以问:“What do you think if your new hairstyle?Would you like to use a mirror?(新发型怎么样,要照下镜子么?)”如果客人表示满意,就可以去结账了。如果客人说:“I still think we need adjust here.(我觉得这边还要再修理下。)”理发师要竭尽所能满足客人需求。
一些赞美的话,理发师也要铭记在心。“You looks very nice now.(现在看起来不错。)”“You carry this hairstyle very well.(这个发型很适合您。)”这些话能让客人有个好心情。服务完毕后,需要带着客人去收银处结账。“That will be 100 Yuan.Please.(您的消费额是100元。)”客人出门时可以亲切地说一句:“We hope to see you again.(欢迎再次光临。)”
