【中国助力乌干达首个油田建设】当地时间2月1日，乌干达政府宣布阿尔伯特湖油田项目正式启动全面建设。该油田为乌干达首个商业石油，央企中海油集团担任作业者之一。此项目是“一带一路”合作的又一典范，中海油乌干达公司总裁陈卓彪表示，油田的建设运营将为乌干达创造两万多个就业岗位，在改善当地就业的同时可进一步强化当地油汽人才培养。On February 1, the Ugandan government announced that the Albert Lake oil field project has officially launched full-scale construction. The oil field is the first commercial oil discovery in Uganda, and China National Offshore Oil Corporation (CNOOC) will work on the project. This marks another example of cooperation under the Belt and Road Initiative, Chen Zhuobiao, the CEO of CNOOC Uganda Branch, said, adding that the construction process and operation of the oil field will create more than 20,000 jobs in Uganda.
