He said the costs of the U.S. post-9/11 wars – trillions of dollars and millions of deaths – could have been much better devoted to serving humanity at home and abroad. In this 21st century world, one size of government doesn't fit all. Countries need to respect each other and work in areas where their national interests overlap.
