大家好！在和平安宁、谦逊恭谨的斋月到来之际，我谨代表中国政府和人民，向苏丹主权委员会主席布尔汉、过渡政府总理哈姆杜克以及兄弟的苏丹人民和广大在苏穆斯林民众致以诚挚问候和美好祝福！
斋月对于穆斯林来说，是一年中最神圣和吉祥的一个月，是穆斯林净化心灵、济贫扶困、扬善止恶的重要时段，是彰显伊斯兰教文明和睦、慈悲为怀、广恩博施的年度节点。包括新疆在内的中国2300多万穆斯林与苏丹穆斯林一样勤劳勇敢、谦恭仁厚、敬佑生命、慈幼恤孤，共庆斋月时节的到来。
今年的斋月注定意义非凡。面对世纪大疫，中苏同心同德，守望相助，中苏深情厚谊淬炼升华，两国合作前景光明广阔。中方将继续坚定地同苏丹和广大伊斯兰国家站在一起，和衷共济，共克时艰，早日战胜疫情，维护好人类共同家园。
值此良辰吉日，我再次祝愿苏丹河清海晏、国泰民安！祝愿苏丹人民斋月吉庆，幸福安康！

As the peaceful Ramadan begins, I would like to extend, on behalf of the government and people of China, sincere greetings and best wishes to President of Sudan’s Sovereignty Council H.E Burhan, Prime Minister of Sudan’s transitional government H.E Hamdok, Sudanese brothers, and all Muslims in Sudan.
For Muslims, Ramadan is the holiest and most blessed month of the year. It is an important period celebrated by Muslims to purify the mind, body and spirit, extend support and benevolence to the needy, praise virtue and abstain from evil. It is also a time featuring harmony, compassion and benevolence in Islam. Like the hardworking, courageous and modest Muslims in Sudan who respect life and feel sympathy for children and orphans, more than 23 million Muslims living in Xinjiang and other parts of China also mark the start of the blessed month of Ramadan.
This Ramadan will be extraordinary. Faced with the once-in-a-century pandemic, China and Sudan have pulled together and reached out to each other in the fight against the virus, renewing our profound friendship and creating bright prospects for our future cooperation. China will continue to stand side by side with Sudan and other Islamic countries, defeat the virus together at an early date, and jointly protect the shared home of humanity.
At the auspicious moment, I sincerely hope Sudan will enjoy peace and prosperity and Sudanese people celebrate a blessed and healthy Ramadan.
