天津大学是教育部直属国家重点大学,其前身为北洋大学,始建于1895年,是中国第一所现代大学,素以“实事求是”的校训、“严谨治学”的校风和“爱国奉献”的传统享誉海内外,是“985工程”、“211工程”、“2011计划”首批通过认定的大学。在2017年公布的 “世界一流大学和一流学科”建设高校及建设学科名单中,天津大学入围42所一流大学建设高校,且为36所A类高校之一。
As the first modern university in China, Tianjin University(TJU) was founded in 1895 with Peiyang University being its predecessor. It has been recognized nation wide and overseas for its motto of "Seeking Truth from Facts", its ethos of "Precisionin Learning and Strictness in Teaching" and its tradition of "Patriotic Dedication". Supported by Chinese Ministry of Education,it is also one of the higher learning institutions to be included into the "985", "211" and "2011" Projects in the first batch.In 2017,Tianjin University was listed in the country’s "Double First-Class" university project.
天津大学微电子学院,是全国28所建设与筹备建设国家示范性微电子学院之一,现有在校本科生830人,各类型研究生751人。为适应国家集成电路产业发展和学校学科建设布局需要,经学校研究决定,于2016年11月,正式独立运行。2017年12月,天津大学发布《天津大学世界一流大学建设方案》,微电子作为十个重点支持建设领域之一。
The School of Microelectronics of Tianjin University is one of the 28 national demonstrating microelectronics institutes underconstruction,there are 830 undergraduate students and 751 graduate students of various types.In order to meet the needs of the national integratedcircuit industry development and university subject construction layout, it was determined by the university to officially operate independently in November2016. In December 2017, Tianjin University released the "Tianjin University World-Class University Construction Program", and microelectronics is one of the ten key support areas for construction.

学科基础
Discipline
依托电子科学与技术国家一级学科(集成电路科学与工程一级学科筹备建设中),建设电路与系统、微电子学与固体电子学、电磁场与微波技术3个二级学科,其中,微电子学与固体电子学为国家二级重点学科,以及电子信息类(电子与通信工程、集成电路工程方向)专业型硕士学位点,电子科学与技术博士点和博士后流动站。
Based on national first-level disciplines inelectronic science and technology(The first-level discipline of integrated circuit science and engineering is under preparation), we have three secondary disciplines in microelectronics and solid-state electronics, circuits and systems, and electromagnetic and microwave technologies, among which microelectronics and solid-state electronics is national secondary key discipline, there are Two master's programs in integrated circuits engineering, electronics and communications engineering, doctoral programs in electronic science and technology, and postdoctoral research stations.
学院师资力量雄厚,现有加拿大工程院院士1人、国家杰出青年基金获得者2人、天津市教学名师奖1项、教育部新世纪人才5人,天津市创新人才推进计划重点领域创新团队1个。
The School of microelectronics has 1 academician of the Canadian Academy of Engineering, 2 national "Outstanding Youth" scholar,1 excellent teaching award of Tianjin, 5 New Century Talents of the Ministry of Education,and 1 Innovation team in key areas of the Tianjin Innovation Talent Promotion Program.
学院现有天津市成像与感知微电子技术重点实验室、国家集成电路人才培养基地、天津国家现代服务业集成电路设计产业化基地、教育部先进陶瓷与加工技术重点实验室(方向之一)、国际物联网联合研究中心(天津市)、天津市集成电路与计算系统技术工程中心等教学科研平台。并与合肥创新发展研究院、青岛海洋工程研究院、天津大学佐治亚理工深圳学院、天津大学泉州集成电路及人工智能研究院等多家异地研究院合作。
The school has many experimental and training platforms, such as Tianjin Key Laboratory of Imaging and Sensing Microelectronic Technology,National Integrated Circuit Training Base, Tianjin National Modern Service Industry Integrated Circuit Design and Personnel Industrialization Base, Ministry of Education Advanced Ceramics and Processing Technology Key Laboratory (One of the Directions), International Internet of Things Joint Research Center (Tianjin), Tianjin Integrated Circuit and Computing System Technology Engineering Center.We also cooperate with Hefei Institute of Innovation and Development, Qingdao Ocean Engineering Research Institute, Georgia Institute of Technology Shenzhen University of Tianjin, Quanzhou Institute of Integrated Circuits and Artificial Intelligence,and many other non-local research institutes.

具有符合学科发展的独立研究方向,能够带领本学科服务国家经济社会发展重大需求,能够引领本学科开展国际先进水平的学术研究。
在学科建设、基地建设、人才引进和国际交流合作等方面发挥重要作用。
In principle, elite professors should not be over 55 years old when selected.
Have a high level of teaching, have the experience or ability to train high-quality top-notch innovative talents, complete various teaching tasks prescribed by schools and colleges, carry out in-depth teaching research and reform, and achieve outstanding teaching results.
Have independent research directions that meet the needs of the development of this discipline, have the ability to lead the discipline to catch up with or lead the international advanced level.

从事高水平科学研究,研究方向符合本学科发展需要,在国内外相关领域表现突出并获得同行专家认可。
在学科建设、基地建设、人才引进和国际交流合作等方面发挥积极作用。
In principle, associate professors of excellence should not be over 45 years old when selected.
Have a high level of teaching, have the experience or ability to train high-quality top-notch innovative talents, complete various teaching tasks specified by the school or college, carry out teaching research and teaching reforms, and achieve good teaching results.
Engaged in high-level scientific research, the research direction meets the development needs of the discipline, outstanding performance in related fields at home and abroad and recognized by peer experts.

03副研究员
研究方向符合本学科发展需要,在其研究领域取得一定的学术成就,具有相当的学术潜力。
积极参与学科建设,参加本学科领域高级别国际学术会议以及其他形式国际学术交流活动,积极承担和参与国家及省市各级科技项目。
Have the research direction which meets the development needs of this discipline, and have made certain academic achievements in its research field, which has considerable academic potential.

04博士后(助理研究员)
在海内外取得博士学位,主要从事基础研究、应用研究、科技成果转化及教学辅助等工作,支持人才团队、学科建设和科研基地发展等。
Have obtained a PhD degree overseas and appliedfor and was selected into the national "Postdoctoral International Exchange Program" introduction project through Tianjin University.
Have obtained a doctorate degree in China, andapplied for and was selected into the National Postdoctoral Innovation Talent Support Program through Tianjin University.
